The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally to create and deliver an exceptional product portfolio. Collaborating with category management, commercial team and NPD you will lead the strategy for new launches and implement plans to grow your assigned category.

Using category insights and commercial data, you will discover new trends and identify relevant market opportunities so that you can define as well as execute a strong Innovation pipeline that fits with the business’s growth strategy.

You will also oversee and manage the full concept to launch process, and post launch reviews with the NPD team to ensure new concepts achieve their potential from a feasibility and commercial perspective.

Your confidence and exceptional relationship-building skills will enable you to forge lasting connections. You will shape and lead the NPD/EPD projects, directing the internal / external teams involved, motivating and inspiring them to deliver innovation and excellence with pride.

The Person

We are looking for a talented and influential Product Manager who has previous experience of launching products into UK retailers. A strong concept through to launch experience within an innovative food sector is key.

We’re looking for extensive marketing experience with a high-growth challenger brand or founder-led environment, so that you’re able to adapt to an ever changing environment with ease. With fantastic attention to detail and a true self-starter, you aren’t phased by constant change and challenges – you have the drive to deliver and can adapt and implement solutions swiftly. A natural collaborator and communicator, you will have a history of inspiring others and bringing them together.

You need to have the ability to galvanise and enthuse colleagues, customers and suppliers, and will have a proven track record of bringing exciting products to market whilst having developed the credibility to influence at all levels.
