Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented Product Manager to drive innovation and growth in their B2C offerings. This role is pivotal in shaping product strategy, ensuring delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the co-founders, head of product, and cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps that drive business impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy:Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business objectives, collaborating with engineering and key stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex problems, leveraging expertise from design, engineering, growth, data science, and customer support.
  • Business Case Development:Create compelling business cases and present them to stakeholders to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Product Development:Collaborate with in-house designers to craft innovative product solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • Backlog Management:Ensure efficient management of the development backlog to maximize team productivity.
  • Communication:Write clear, concise briefs and maintain open communication with engineers and stakeholders on progress and challenges.
  • User Insights:Gather insights about user behavior and translate them into actionable opportunities for growth.
  • A/B Testing:Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to inform product decisions.
  • Pricing Strategy:Develop and optimize pricing strategies to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis:Use data to inform product decisions and measure the success of product features.


Requirements:

  • Experience:At least 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in digital B2C products or services.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for digital products.
  • Track Record:Proven success in growing B2C services within a product-driven organizations.
  • Collaboration:Ability to influence and partner with design, engineering, operations, and growth teams.
  • Background:Familiarity with economic principles and metrics such as ROI on products and features being launched.
  • Data Analysis:Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
