Job title - Procurement Manager (Source to Contract Regional Process Owner) Location: Remote (UK) or Hybrid, Slough Contract length: 3 months initially, plus extensions Rate: £537pd PAYE / £700pd Umbrella - Inside IR35 Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Source to Contract Regional Process Owner to work for a global brand covering more than 55 countries who serve the nutrition and health market. The Role: This role is responsible for translating and driving the implementation of the global strategy for the S2C process within the region with the goal of realizing efficiencies, higher accuracy and enhanced controls. Work under the direction of the Global Process Owner to support the deployment of the S2C transformation agenda within the region. You will need to demonstrate critical thought leadership, excellent communication skills and strong project management discipline. Interact and collaborate effectively cross functionally, globally, in delivering the S2C transformation agenda. Responsibilities: Drive the deployment of the global S2C strategy within the region, understanding and translating any local/ regional requirements to shape how the strategy gets adopted Influence regional leaders (e.g., CFOs, Procurement Leaders) to drive adoption and compliance to change across the organisation Support the GPO in understanding external leading practices / benchmarks and help develop the process transformation roadmap for the region Drive the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the region Represent the GPO organization and region on all S2C process standardization projects/initiatives – identifying where customizations would be required Support the GPO in maintaining/updating the process and control standards (PACS) documentation for S2C; define and maintain control standards in region Lead / Represent the GPO in developing and/or validating the business case that supports the implementation of S2C transformation projects including innovation, digital and automation (bolt on tools, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning layers and end to end process re-engineering) within the region Accountable for ensuring the delivery of the stated business case within the region Collaborate and provide inputs, and participate in related initiatives as it relates to S2C within the region Key Skills and experience required: Experienced in Source to Pay and process optimization experience Experience in a shared services environment Ability to collaborate cross-functionally Ability to work with regional counterparts and global process leader to ensure process standardization across the organisation Demonstrated project management acumen Ability to identify, solution and deploy transformation projects Work collaboratively with operations teams to optimize processes Understanding of regional level nuances Good exposure to Source to Pay technologies like Ariba Proficiency in English language Undergraduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Finance, logistics, supply chain) Lean six sigma certification will be preferred Highly collaborative with executive presence, change leadership and influencing skills Digital Savvy and exposure to latest trends in RPA, automation, and AI Essential Experience: You will be expected to have / develop strong subject matter expertise in S2C and have a good understanding of the needs/requirements of the business units within the region.
