  • Led digital transformation initiatives for an agency of the UK Cabinet Office, helping thousands of public sector organizations to get digital access to buy common goods and services.
  • Supported their clients to design and deliver some of the largest Source-to-Pay technology change programmes.
  • Built their own innovative Insights Application that has cleansed £bns of spend data from large organisations and provide ESG insights using AI & machine learning
    The client has a team with expertise but also a passion to learn and innovate. They constantly look to improve the service for our clients by creating repeatable toolsets and processes.
    “Who are we looking for?
    We want highly motivated, ambitious people who are looking to learn and make an impact in our business. You will have gained experience with procurement solutions, either as a practitioner or with a Systems Integrator and be looking to accelerate your development. Our client is particularly focused on Source-to-Contract (S2P) and Procure-to -Pay (P2P) process and solutions.
    We are looking for candidates who have:
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of relevant procurement solutions, preference being given to S2P/P2P solutions like Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Fusion.
  • Practical understanding of how to apply systems in their business context (including change management and training)
  • An ability to simplify what appears complex and innovate
  • A desire to learn and a constant curiosity
  • Willingness to work to build the trust of our clients
  • Excellent analytical skills including MS Excel and/or SQL
  • A passion for technology
    Experience of public procurement regulations would be advantageous but not essential.
    Responsibilities
    Our roles involve great flexibility to deliver on our client projects. Some of the responsibilities will include:
  • Development of repeatable solutions that simplify and drive the adoption of cloud procurement technology (Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Fusion etc)
  • Analyse and document business processes
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team to develop and communicate ideas for design and solution deliver
  • Develop presentation materials and content to support client decision making
  • Project Management of client initiatives
  • Plan, prepare and facilitate the stakeholder interviews, data gathering and workshops
  • Analysis of data and development of actionable insights from the data
  • Complete structured systems testing (SIT and UAT)
  • Support wider business development for consulting projects
  • Build a professional network and represent the company externally
    Salary
    Depending on experience from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum + bonus and benefits
