As the Process Owner for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you will lead the development and delivery of a SaaS digital-first solution that supports a high-profile programme. Your role will ensure seamless integration into existing systems and processes, with direct management of two team members.
Role:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of the ATS solution to support programme goals.
- Provide line management for technical teams, including two direct reports.
- Serve as the main liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Define, manage, and enhance the end-to-end ATS process.
- Oversee the delivery roadmap, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to enhanced security protocols and compliance standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with ATS implementation and operation.
- Develop and manage training and support plans for end-users.
- Prepare documentation and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
- Expertise in managing digital solutions or process transformations.
- Strong leadership and line management experience.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and integration into HR workflows.
- Understanding of modern system architectures, APIs, and data management.
- Experience with AWS core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM (SAML).
- Knowledge of tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Sprinklr, and Twilio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft VDI and 365 administration.
