Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, our forward-thinking international client is looking for a Process Automation Lead to join their team on a permanent basis, working in a hybrid 3 days in the office. The business offers early Friday finishes as well.
This job would suit a Data Analyst, with a mindset of process improvement and automation, to support in driving the AI and Automation strategy in the business. The position will be responsible for leveraging data, AI and automation technologies to improve efficiency and productivity across the whole business and all office locations.
The company are a consultancy business within specialist markets across the UK and internationally who have experienced considerable growth (with this year targeting 25% growth after consistent growth throughout the covid years). This new role in the business has been created to take ownership of automations and AI strategy and will be an autonomous position partnering with all Heads of Departments to drive performance in line with business goals.
The successful individual will have good experience in data analytics, working with parts of a business to improve effectiveness and productivity and using Automation software with high level knowledge and experience of using multiple AI platforms and tools and managing CRM platforms. This candidate should have excellent knowledge of AI prompts when utilising AI-powered chatbots (i.e. ChatGPT and Bing Chat). Experience in confidently managing a large project, full cycle is an essential skill for this role.
Job responsibilities:
- Review current AI & Automation strategies; recommend amendments and improvements
- Project manage the full life cycle of the brand-new automation software from initiation through to implementation and then on-going ownership of system
- Own the AI strategy for the business, ensuring they are utilising the right AI tools while maintaining security and data protection
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Automation across all channels
- Own all automations within the business
- Develop and build automations at key touch points
- Work with all business units and stakeholders to plan tailored content
- Develop and report on testing plans to improve automation performance
- Provide monthly reports and insights on automation performance
- Implement and understand data management within the platform
- Stay on top of AI and automation trends and topics
