Sharpen your prowess with a global multi-discipline team and be guided by the industry's most forward-thinking leaders.The Role / Who we are looking for:As a rapidly growing, award winning, Employer of Choice, we’re seeking to expand our capacity with a crucial member of our technical leadership team that can effectively help the overarching governance of multi-projects, ensuring we are doing the right things by our existing customers whilst working to bring onboard new customers and team members.We’re a deeply technical and outwardly facing organisation, so we anticipate that an effective Principal Architect will have prior experiences with consultancy, hands-on delivery, clearly demonstrable pre-sales success and strong relationships with our primary partner, Microsoft.They will have learned their craft by “doing” and being involved at all levels of an engagement and will not shy away from rolling their sleeves up and pitching in to support teammates should the need arise.Day to day this will include:• Designing and setting-up multi-year transformation and software development programmes• Pre-sales driven technical management of early customer engagements (including bid writing)• Providing commercial and technical assurance to solution architects (and other technical roles) on key projects• Underwriting technical/solution risks• Assuring there is a solid, scalable release management process with DevSecOps• Identifying and flagging any potential IP opportunities with the products team• Assuring solution compliance with KD architectural principles• Contributing to the technical leadership team, helping to shape the sustainable growth of the organisation.• Providing consultancy to end-client organisations on managing the transition to CI & Support as managed service; and licencing requirements and utilisation/optimisation• Supporting the Sector leadership team and Programme Management in defining new phases of work with existing customer and bridging the sales-to-delivery handover.• Providing platform expertise in, but not limited to: Microsoft Dynamics (Customer Service), Dataverse, Power PagesOur Solution Principles:We’re an architecturally and governance mature organisation that holds multiple independent accreditations.
