Job Description

I am working with an emerging Insurtech company seeking a technical Pricing/data science professional. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about data, and ready to join a small, high-performing team to drive the business forward. The company uses an in-house pricing system that combines traditional Emblem GLM models with machine learning models developed in Python.

The role is based in London, but it can befully remote.

Required skills:

  • Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude — essential for thriving in a small team environment where initiative and independent working are key.
  • Strong technical pricing background, ideally with experience using WTW Emblem; retail pricing and/or exposure to data science techniques (e.g., machine learning, Python) within a pricing context is highly desirable.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience within personal lines insurance is required.
