Our client, a leading financial institution in the cyber reinsurance industry, is on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Team Assistant. What You'll Do
As the Personal Assistant to the CTO and Team Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CTO's office and supporting the wider Technology team. Your responsibilities will include:

Support to the CTO:

Manage the CTO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Serve as the first point of contact for the CTO's office, handling communications with professionalism.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense claims.

Team Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support to the Envelop Labs Technology team.
Schedule team meetings and assist with event planning (e.g., workshops, team offsites).
Maintain shared documentation, onboard new team members, and facilitate team communications.
Support project coordination by tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

A proactive professional with at least 2+ years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or team support role.
Excellent at organisation and time management, with a keen eye for detail.
Confident in juggling competing priorities and working with various stakeholders.
Strong in interpersonal and communication skills, engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) being a plus.
Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.
Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
