Salary: Circa £39,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Location: Liverpool, Speke - Hybrid working

Hours: 35 hours per week. We are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’

What will your role be?

As the Performance Data Analyst, you will play a key part in enabling evidence-based decision making by producing accurate, real-time performance insights, developing interactive dashboards, and analysing customer feedback. You will contribute to strategic improvements, support benchmarking activities, and provide expert advice on research and data analysis. By engaging with teams across the organisation, you will ensure reporting solutions align with SLH’s priorities and help drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have a good standard of secondary education (including English and Maths GCSE Grade C/4 or above), and have proven experience of producing, presenting and interpreting performance data. You will be able to manipulate and analyse complex cross-organisational data using relevant tools such as MS Excel, and have strong knowledge of data analysis techniques. This role is an excellent opportunity for a critical thinker, with strong analytical and time management skills.
