 You’ll be responsibility for maintaining, analysing and improving our HR and Payroll systems insuring they meet the needs of the organisation and comply with statutory requirement. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data identifying trends and implementing solutions that enhance operational performance.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver actionable insights and system improvements.
  Play a pivotal role in the People Operations team in making continuous improvements to policies, standards and processes.  Lead on the provision of people data, management information and trend analysis. You will collate, analyse and report on complex data across the Oracle cloud modules to provide the wider team / business with management information to make improvements. The postholder will also lead on upgrades for People and Inclusion and produce relevant documentation to ensure all procedures relating to data meet our audit processes. Demonstrable analytical & report writing skills as well as strong organisational and administrative skills. Team orientated, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and be proactive and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude.
