Senior Data Engineer - Data Modelling | Swindon (hybrid) | £60,000-£75,000


Peaple Talent are very excited to have partnered with a leading financial services client, based in Swindon who are looking for a new Senior Data Engineer.


As a Senior Data Engineer, you will join the experienced Data Engineering team helping them in the design, development, testing, and deployment of quality data analytics solutions and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical leadership by staying up to date on the latest technologies and trends.
  • Using technical knowledge to help the team develop innovative and effective solutions.
  • Designing and implementing data solutions.


Requirements:

  • A number of years commercial experience as a Data Engineer
  • Experience in implementing Data / Dimensional models (Kimball / star schema ideally)
  • Data Warehouse and Report Layer design
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure
  • Experience using Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Synapse and Azure Databricks
