Job Description

In this vital role as a Payroll Data Analyst – Payroll & Reward, a passion for accuracy and a collaborative spirit makes all the difference. The focus is on ensuring a smooth, efficient payroll process by reconciling and maintaining data integrity across every stage. Working closely with the People Services team and payroll managed service, payroll submissions are handled with care, variances resolved swiftly, and clear records kept of any necessary corrections. With Oracle and payroll provider databases perfectly aligned, this role plays a key part in creating a seamless and reliable payroll experience. It’s an opportunity to bring dedication, problem-solving, and a commitment to best practices to a team that values precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve payroll-related challenges with precision.
  • Proven track record in payroll operations, ensuring compliance and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes with the confidence to work autonomously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Skilled in managing payroll across multiple locations, adapting to different requirements while ensuring consistency.

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham.  This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
