Are you an OOH Senior Executive or Manager looking for a role that nurtures your creativity and allows you to be innovative? Look no further! This is a rare opportunity to join Publicis Media as an OOH Manager working with loyal and knowledgeable industry experts who will support and develop your essential OOH and multimedia skills.
The OOH Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery across their assigned Client portfolio. Outputs contribute to a ‘best in class’ OOH product which is integrated, data-driven, technology-enabled and innovative.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation in OOH planning to clients and make suggestions on how to improve planning outcome
- Lead mid-range client accounts with advisory support from Account Director
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective client service.
- Act as a problem solver, not only in creating solutions for clients but also through identifying process fixes and better ways of working
- Manage & develop OOH Account Executives leading their annual appraisal (career conversations)
- Participate in Client strategy development and brainstorming meetings.
- Support on new business as required (competitive reporting/brainstorming / OOH campaign plans)
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong experience in planning and/or buying OOH media.
- A logical and analytic skillset.
- Strategic thinker able to create innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Strong understanding of the OOH marketplace, inclusive of data, mobile and programmatic opportunities.
- Excellent relationships with OOH media owners.
- A proactive approach to mentoring less experienced colleagues.
- Ability to present to clients with confidence.
