You’ll play a pivotal role in the operations across core curriculum, expertise, and accelerated learning initiatives, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and top-quality delivery.Your key responsibilities:

  • Virtual learning event delivery: oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of virtual and hybrid programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging participant experience
  • Operational consistency: standardize pre/post-event processes (checklists, reporting) and ensure consistent participant communications using tools like SABA and Zoom
  • Stakeholder collaboration: partner with content directors, program managers, and regional/global teams to align priorities, optimize processes, and deliver business goals
  • Innovation: integrate emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI tools, automation) to enhance learning event efficiency and learner engagement
  • Data-driven management: monitor program KPIs, generate metrics reports, and use feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Process optimization: identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to scale operations, streamline workflows, and maximize team productivity
  • Senior presence and ownership: drive topics and projects, role-modelling high performance and continuous development for yourself and those working with you

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in learning operations, event management, or a similar role, ideally in a global, fast-paced organization
  • Strong expertise in managing virtual learning tools/platforms like SABA, Zoom, Teams, and Trello.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver results
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities across multiple regions and seniority levels
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) to inform decisions and track operational success
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on influencing stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with emerging technologies like AI or automation is a plus.

Who You'll Work WithA passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the US, Europe, Costa Rica and India. You will be part of the Operations team that is in charge of the overall orchestration of the delivery of core curriculum Learning Journeys and upskilling efforts. You will work, in close contact with the “Global L&D Service Center” which is part of the team and handling the entire participant management.
