Operations / Data Analyst – Insurance : to c£70,000
This leading insurance organisation has an excellent market reputation and offers a friendly, flexible, and team-oriented working environment with a comprehensive benefits package.
They are seeking a candidate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, aptitude for managing data and analysis, and advanced Excel skills. Insurance exposure is beneficial but not essential.
Knowledge of basic coding or interest in learning is required.
The Operations team handles data management, accounts processing, and client relationships, with opportunities for global exposure and collaboration across business units.
The role involves varied projects and ad-hoc tasks, including:
Designing and developing MI reports for performance and account processing
Managing quality and audits, including planning & delivery of client audit programs and coordinating external audits
Leading continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and SOP documentation
Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client and internal needs are met, and managing reporting issues
