Molecular Biology Scientist

SGS Glasgow is a Global Centre of Excellence for Biosafety Testing specializing in vaccines gene therapies and biologics. Operating under GMP and GLP standards we deliver highquality batch testing for the healthcare and biologics industries.

We are seeking a skilled Scientist with experience inNext Generation Sequencing (NGS)to join our expert team. You will:

• Develop optimise and validate NGS assays.
• Perform analyse and interpret complex experiments under GLP/GMP requirements.
• Prepare technical documents and manage deviations with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and deliver results to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• MSc/PhD in Molecular Biology Biochemistry or a related field.
• Handson experience with NGS PCR/qPCR nucleic acid extraction and bioinformatics.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
• Regulatory experience preferred but not essential.
