We are hiring for an Marketing Mix Modelling Consultant for a data consultancy within a media agency who will take charge of delivering cutting-edge measurement solutions to clients.



To be considered you will need experience with MMM and advising clients acoss econometrics.



Salary c£65,000 + benefits



Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement measurement solutions, leveraging best practices from media measurement and technical perspectives.
  • Utilize cutting-edge approaches and advanced mathematical and data techniques to deliver impactful results.
  • Lead Marketing Mix Model (MMM), attribution, and other measurement projects, ensuring statistical rigor and real-world media relevance.
  • Liaise with clients, directing projects from a modelling and mathematical standpoint, while maintaining a strong understanding of media dynamics.
  • Work closely with Data Scientists to bridge the gap between client needs and analytical solutions, ensuring high-quality outputs presented in a client-friendly manner.



Experience:



  • Experience in a similar role within a Media Agency environment, delivering MMM and attribution model projects.
  • Proficiency in Bayesian and linear regression approaches; familiarity with other machine learning techniques is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in data mining and analysis, including designing methodologies to address ad-hoc queries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to client-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams across various workstreams and projects.



Skills:



  • In-depth knowledge of Market Mix Modelling and Digital and TV attribution.
  • Excellent data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in coding, preferably in R or Python; experience with R Studio or Jupyter notebooks is a plus.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
