Mid-Level DevOps Engineer – Azure, AKS, Terraform – 2+ years experience – Remote + monthly meetups

I’m working with a successful multinational software house in the sports and leisure industry (not sports betting) to recruit a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to join their Platform Engineering team. This is a remote role with monthly meetups in Bath or London.

To be considered for interview you will have at least two years commercial experience working as a DevOps or Platform Engineer with many of the following:

• Azure Cloud Platforms, Kubernetes / AKS, CI/CD tools (they are using Github Actions), Terraform and scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, Prometheus and Grafana.
  
  You will automate and optimise CI/CD pipelines, implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and improve system observability & reliability. We are looking for a keen technologist who is always looking for better ways to build infrastructure and deploy software through automation tooling and processes. You will work on a range of different projects from improving their containerised approach in AKS, improving platform security and building out their observability platform on Kubernetes using Prometheus and Grafana. You will be troubleshooting issues and automating processes through scripting.
  
  You will work in an international team of DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers and QA Engineers who are primarily in the UK but also the US and Australia.
