Key Responsibilities:

  1. Microbiome Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of microbiome datasets, including 16S rRNA sequencing, metagenomics, and metatranscriptomics.
  • Develop pipelines and methodologies for microbiome profiling and functional analysis.
  • Interpret microbiome data to identify actionable insights related to gut health, metabolic disorders, and disease associations.
  1. Data Integration & Bioinformatics:
  • Integrate microbiome data with multi-omics datasets (genomics, metabolomics, proteomics) to explore complex biological interactions.
  • Utilize bioinformatics tools and AI-driven analytics to identify patterns and causal relationships in large datasets.
  • Develop predictive models linking microbiome features to health outcomes or treatment responses.
  1. Translational Applications:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design personalized interventions (probiotics, prebiotics, dietary plans) based on microbiome data.
  • Contribute to the development of gut restoration programs and microbiome-based longevity strategies.
  • Support clinical trial design and execution to validate microbiome-targeted interventions.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with researchers, clinicians, and product teams to translate microbiome insights into impactful solutions.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, including scientific audiences and non-experts.
  • Contribute to peer-reviewed publications, white papers, and technical reports.
