As Master Data Analyst, you will report to the Master Data Manager and play a pivotal role in the execution of Master Data Initiatives. You will be working closely with our business to implement data governance policies and procedure, ensuring a single source of truth (golden record) using the Profisee MDM tool. You will provide the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) principle, emphasising the importance of having one definitive, trusted data source for all users to rely on for decision-making.

What you’ll be doing as a Master Data Analyst

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a golden master record for all data assets. Develop and sustain a comprehensive data model that aligns with business processes. Set up procedures for data matching and survivorship to ensure data precision. Define the modelling and relationships between data entities, as well as workflow and event processing. Implement business rules, carry out data governance activities, and manage MDM data mapping and ingestion. Conduct data quality surveys, design data quality rules, and implement standards to maintain high-quality master data. Write and support exception reports and KPIS, working with the business to resolve data issues and establish a single source of trusted truth.

Base Location: Reading - Hybrid
