We are seeking a highly skilled MarTech Manager to support the growth at Hard Rock Digital. The ideal candidate has experience developing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing technology stack and strong emphasis on architectural solutions, data engineering, and API integrations. As the Social Casino CRM Martech Manager you will: Architectural Solutions: Design and implement scalable architectural solutions tailored to Hard Rock Games Develop strategies for data flow and integration across various platforms Ensure robust data security and compliance with relevant regulations Provide strategic data and technological input to refine the marketing architecture, encompassing both Hard Rock Games internal applications and external third-party vendor solutions Develop and maintain architectural documentation and diagrams to ensure clarity and alignment among teams Data Engineering: Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines Manage data warehousing solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimize data models and reporting tools Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure high data quality and consistency Develop and maintain ETL/reverse ETL processes to integrate data from various sources and move data to various channels Monitor and optimize data infrastructure performance and scalability API Integrations: Lead the integration of various marketing tools and platforms through APIs or custom integration solutions Ensure seamless data exchange between internal systems and third-party marketing technologies Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly Develop and maintain documentation to support integration efforts Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful integrations and implementations Implement best practices for API security, versioning, and management Marketing Tech Stack Development & Maintenance: Work alongside Acquisition and Retention teams to research, evaluate, implement, and manage new technologies that meet strategic business needs and fit within Hard Rock Games technical ecosystem Collaborate extensively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to complete projects from defining requirements through design, development, test and deployment Maintain and optimize the existing marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools are effectively integrated and utilized Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and recommend improvements What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Post-Graduate degree or Diploma in Marketing, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence Over 5 years of proven experience in building architectural solutions and data engineering and strategy, preferably within the gaming industry Strong expertise in API integrations and managing data flow between systems Experience with developing and maintaining comprehensive marketing technology stacks Understanding in various marketing technologies, including CRM systems, CDPs, DMPs, marketing automation platforms, tracking and analytics tools Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills: Familiarity with gaming industry trends and marketing strategies Experience with tools such as Braze, Optimove, Amplitude, Tableau, and Google Analytics Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake or Azure What’s in it for you?
