A leading organisation in the Public sector is hiring aMarketing Data Analystto join their Customer & Marketing function. This is a newly created role where you'll support CRM, loyalty, paid media, and broader marketing performance, working closely with non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll analyse campaign and channel performance, extract insights fromTableau,Salesforce, andDatabricks, and communicate findings through compelling, story-led presentations. You’ll work closely with a collaborative marketing team, helping shape campaigns and business strategy through data.

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency inPython or R
  • Experience withSalesforce and Databrickspreferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate data for non-technical audiences
  • A test-and-learn mindset and natural curiosity
  • A background inretail or consumer marketingis a strong advantage
  • Bonus: 10% target, up to 20% max based on performance
  • Pension: Up to 12% employer contribution
  • Income Protection: 50% salary for up to 2 years
