Job Title: Marketing Science Partner

Location:

Remuneration: Up to ÂŁ60.10 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary, 11 months, Full Time

Language: Must be fluent in Turkish


Responsibilities:

  • Drive global advertisers to measure true business value by operationalising analyses and research that highlight the impact of advertising. 📊
  • Develop strategic cross-platform and cross-media measurement approaches for our global clients.
  • Conduct in-depth ad effectiveness studies and meta-analyses to understand marketing strategy impacts across digital platforms.
  • Promote the adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches across client verticals and industries.
  • Engage in senior client conversations, present results, and consult with sales teams on marketing best practises using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Partnerships teams to identify new opportunities for features, products, and partnerships. 🤝


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in research, analytics, or ad effectiveness.
  • Fluency in Turkish
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioural or social science, or a related field. 🎓
  • Experience working in Marketing Science
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Digital advertisement experience
  • Understanding of online advertising and familiarity with branding and performance marketing frameworks.
  • Skilled in statistical analysis, including experimental design and advertising research.
  • Strong ability to build connections through effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable explaining complex topics to non-technical audiences and inspiring action based on data-driven insights.
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and delivering results in an organised manner. 🏆
