Marketing & Growth Data Analyst (12-month FTC - Maternity Cover)
Location: London, UK - Hybrid (2 days in office)
Salary: Up to £70k (DOE)
Start date: Ideally before late October

We're seeking a skilled Marketing & Growth Data Analyst to join a dynamic consumer brand and support both UK and global teams. In this role, you'll turn data into actionable insights, evaluate marketing performance, and help shape strategic growth decisions. You'll split your focus between UK market analysis and collaborating with global colleagues on scalable data solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on marketing performance, acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Evaluate campaigns and promotions, measuring both immediate results and long-term customer behaviour.

  • Extract and manipulate data using SQL from platforms such as Snowflake.

  • Build clear, compelling dashboards in Tableau (or similar tools).

  • Track marketing KPIs (CAC, retention, ROI) and proactively flag trends or risks.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and growth teams locally and globally.

  • Support colleagues in self-service data access and interpretation.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in analytics, ideally in marketing, growth, or e-commerce.

  • Advanced SQL skills; experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau (or similar).

  • Strong grasp of marketing metrics and statistical methods.

  • Confident working independently and presenting insights to non-technical audiences.

  • Curious, collaborative, and proactive problem-solver.
