We are looking for a talented Lead Data Scientist who will join our team to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our technologies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analyses of system performance to formulate hypotheses; Model optimal system configurations and validate results through A/B testing; Develop diagnostic tools to identify and address inefficiencies in algorithm performance; Maintain and improve the metrics influenced by our algorithms;

Leading Projects for New Algorithm and Feature Implementation:

Generate and check hypotheses based on product research and experiment drive the development of new features, ensuring the best ideas are delivered to production; Oversee feature launch and measure the impact on business metrics; Collaborate with developers to refine solutions and define technical requirements; collaborate with nutrition scientists and coaches;

Advancing Personalization Algorithms:

Collaborate with the ML team to evolve our personalization journey from heuristics to Uplift Models and Reinforcement Learning (RL).

Requirements:

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights; Experience designing experiments and evaluating their impact; Experience in modeling; Expertise in breaking down complex technical processes; Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools;Background in efficiency/growth analytics teams;Solid understanding of machine learning principles.
