Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for finance and cutting-edge tech? We're looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of data across our operations! 💼✨

This role is based in our vibrant Finsbury Park office, with flexibility to work from home and occasional travel across London.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead the development and delivery of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making 📈
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operational teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business needs 🤝
• Drive system and data improvements, including integration projects and enhancements to reporting platforms 🔧
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA 🔐
• Document data flows, architecture, and processes to support internal knowledge sharing 📚
• Champion continuous improvement in data engineering practices and reporting standards 🚀

💡 What You’ll Bring:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI – you know how to turn data into actionable insights! 📊
• Proficiency in SQL code, Python, and Azure – you're comfortable working across modern data platforms 💻☁️
• Financial background, with accounting knowledge and experience supporting financial systems 💰
• Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query), excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset 🧠
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 🗣️
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous learning and improvement 🌱
