The Opportunity:

We're seeking a passionate Lead Cross-Platform Mobile Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our groundbreaking productivity platform. You'll lead the development of our mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and native user experience across iOS and Android platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using a modern framework like Flutter or React Native.
• 3+ years experience as lead developer 
• 1+ years experience working with AI and LLM
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in a cross-platform mobile development framework (React Native with the Expo framework preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mobile development languages (e.g., Dart, JavaScript / TypeScript) and related tools (e.g., SDKs, build tools).
• Understanding of mobile testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines for seamless code integration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles to create intuitive and visually appealing mobile applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Firebase for backend services, push notifications, and real-time data handling.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and secure data handling.
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC into mobile applications.
• Strong skills in mobile app performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative development environment.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and mobile UI automation tools

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of our cross-platform mobile application using the chosen framework.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate product vision into high-quality, user-centric mobile experiences.
• Champion technical excellence, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.
• Architect scalable and performant mobile solutions, optimising for responsiveness and efficient resource utilisation.
• Integrate seamlessly with backend services and AI capabilities to deliver intelligent features within the mobile app.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in cross-platform mobile development tools and technologies.
• Own the mobile development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
