we’re looking for a dynamic Travel Manager to lead our travel
services and elevate the journey for our clients. We are hiring a
Junior Digital Data Analyst & AI Specialist - an analytical
thinker with 1–2 years of experience, ready to bring data to life
and contribute to smarter, more personalised, and more profitable
event experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their
data career who is passionate about learning and applying data
science in the fast-paced world of events and hospitality. What
You’ll Do Event & Guest Data Analysis - Analyse guest
behaviour, ticketing trends, attendance, and feedback to extract
actionable insights. - Support marketing and sales with campaign
and engagement performance metrics. - Design and maintain
dashboards to track KPIs like ticket sales, RSVP rates, upsell
conversions, and client retention. AI & Personalisation -
Contribute to machine learning models for guest segmentation,
attendance prediction, and personalised recommendations. - Validate
AI outputs and help improve algorithms using real-world feedback. -
Research trends in hospitality AI (e.g., dynamic pricing, sentiment
analysis) and test innovative approaches. Data Infrastructure &
Governance - Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across CRM,
ticketing, and event platforms. - Assist in standardising and
centralising event-related data. - Collaborate with tech and ops
teams to enhance data collection at key guest touchpoints.
Collaboration & Reporting - Work closely with operations,
marketing, and sales to turn business questions into data-driven
solutions. - Communicate insights through clear data storytelling
and visual reports. - Provide training and support on dashboards
and data tools across departments. Key Skills & Tools
Experience & Technical Skills - 1–2 years in a data analyst or
BI role, ideally in events, hospitality, or customer-facing
industries. - Strong analytical thinking and the ability to tell
stories with data. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and NoSQL
databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Experience with data
visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries like
Seaborn). - Familiarity with FastAPI for system integration and
automation. API Integration - Salesforce (or tools like MuleSoft)
for CRM data extraction. - Email APIs (e.g., Microsoft Graph) for
automating data workflows. - Experience with VoIP and LLM APIs
(Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to analyse call transcripts and emails.
Cloud & Deployment - Working knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or
Azure for data storage and ML deployment. Soft Skills &
Compliance - Strong communication skills—able to partner with
non-technical teams and translate needs into solutions. -
Problem-solving mindset with a knack for uncovering insights from
complex data. - Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g.,
GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for handling sensitive data. What

salary of £29.000 annual gross salary Perks & Benefits At
