You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK , US , and the Netherlands , with plans to expand into new European countries. Supported by (and reporting to) the Pricing Data Science Lead, you'll be joining a friendly team who believe in delivering highly innovative, data-led, sustainable insurance products by challenging everything they know about insurance. What you'll do As our Pricing Data Scientist, you will be responsible for utilising the vast amount of internal and external data to develop a deep understanding of the business. This will empower you to make business decisions in order to improve the loss ratio, increase revenue, increase volume and improve efficiency around the business. We don’t have a definite checklist of skills – our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes. What to expect from the process: Screen & Intro: 30-minute video call with the Talent Team to discuss the role and your experience. First Interview: 60-minute video call with the Head of Pricing and Data Engineering Lead to delve into the role, including technical questions and an opportunity for you to ask questions. Case Study: A brief take-home task followed by a 45-60 minute in-person interview with the Head of Pricing, Director of Insurance UK, and People Partner to review the case study and assess team fit.
