THE TEAM

Ticketmaster’sEnterprise Data Productteam sits at the heart of our Enterprise line of business and it aims to empower Ticketmaster’s B2B clients to run their business, sell more tickets and generate incremental revenue with the right data, through the most appropriate tools, at the right time, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

THE JOB

We are currently searching for an enthusiasticJunior Data Analystto join our Enterprise Data Product team, which is an integral part of Ticketmaster's Enterprise line of business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing insights that will help the company make informed business decisions. The candidate will work closely with other team members to collect, process, and analyze data from various sources.

As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop a good understanding of the competitive live events and ticketing landscape. With exposure to the of valuable, usable, and feasible data solutions, you will help Ticketmaster's B2B clients (promoters, venues, sports clubs, artists, etc.) harness the power of their own data to fuel their business and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be mentored by experienced Data Product professionals and encouraged to focus on our users, markets, and data to better understand their problems and find innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

This is a full-time 12 months fixed term contract commencing immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large and complex data sets from various sources

• Identify trends and patterns in the data that can help the company make informed business decisions

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that can be used by different teams across the organization

• Collaborate with other members of the team to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to address them

• Work with stakeholders to decide how best to integrate data from various sources and ensure data accuracy

• Communicate findings and insights to different stakeholders in the organization through presentations and reports

• Continuously monitor and evaluate data performance to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, statistics, or mathematics

• Some experience working as a data analyst, product analyst or a similar role

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large and complex data sets

• Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Power BI or similar

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

• Experience with ETL Tools and techniques

• Knowledge of data quality concepts and techniques
