Job Description:

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in their Customer Service Analytics team, helping them enhance the customer experience through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer service data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Customer Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve customers operational efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with customer service teams to understand their data needs and support them with accurate and timely information.
Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and cleaning.
Problem-Solving: Use data to identify and resolve issues impacting customer service performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or data analysis role is a plus, but not required.
