Are you detail-oriented, curious, and eager to develop a career in data analysis? We're seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join a fast-paced, supportive team environment where innovation and learning are actively encouraged.

In this hybrid role, you'll work alongside a Senior Business Analyst to maintain and enhance a dynamic Power BI reporting suite, collect and clean data from a variety of sources, and support the organisation in making insight-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance, improvement, and troubleshooting of BI dashboards and data models Support users with Power BI and help optimise their reporting requirements Gather, clean, and analyse data to identify trends and performance insights Recommend improvements and efficiencies through data-driven insights Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Skills:

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges Strong communication and analytical thinking Solid Excel and general Microsoft Office knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team
