Job Title: Junior Data Analyst
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

  • Strong Excel skills - confident in working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data manipulation.
  • Attention to detail - ensures accuracy in handling and updating data.
  • Eagerness to learn - enthusiasm for developing new skills in data management, eCommerce platforms, and ERP systems.
  • Analytical thinking - able to approach problems logically and propose solutions.
  • Organisational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Interest in technology and data - a natural curiosity about working with systems and exploring reporting tools like Power BI or JET Reports.

Main Responsibilities:

Data Management (80%):

  • Working predominantly with Excel to manage data into multiple platforms.
  • Import and update data within Microsoft NAV, including product data, supplier and selling prices.
  • Manage data on Magento, Amazon, eBay, and Formeo platforms.
  • Prepare NHS formularies and develop pricing for tenders and contracts.
  • Maintain data accuracy across all platforms and systems.

Reporting & Development (20%):

  • Maintain, Design and implement automated reports using JET Reports.
  • Support the development of the company's Power BI strategy.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Assist in data-heavy projects, including future ERP/ E-Commerce upgrades.
