Job Overview:
We are seeking a junior BI Developer to join a dynamic team in Hertfordshire. This hybrid role will require the candidate to be on-site two days a week. The ideal candidate will have a background in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Utilise SQL for data extraction and transformation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and optimise DAX queries to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with finance teams to support financial modelling and the analysis of financial statements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of BI solutions that support strategic business objectives.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions accordingly.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in SQL, Power BI, DAX
• Experience in data modelling, dashboard design and Excel.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a BI or data analysis role.
• A background in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
