About the job: 

Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient data solutions using industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. Design and develop solutions systems that adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Work with cutting-edge data products and platforms, notably Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP Participate in testing, release cycle, and QA processes relating to client deployments. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and successfully deliver software projects within established timelines and budgets. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in the financial services industry to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.

About you:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Actuarial Sciences or quantitative field. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically about complex technical challenges. You have experience writing data transformation and application code, particularly in Python and Typescript/Javascript. You have experience with Spark and big data technology. You are familiar with REST APIs and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ideally, you have experience working with LLMs and LangChain. Ideally, you have a good working knowledge of Agile software delivery frameworks. Ideally, you have experience leading or working on projects across teams and regions. You have knowledge of Financial Services and/or the Insurance industry.
