IT Support Technician – IT Support Engineer – Bolton
Brooklyn Recruitment currently have a role available for an IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Support & Data Analyst to join a friendly team based in the Bolton area of Greater Manchester.
As IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Support & Data Analyst you will be supporting the company’s varies sites (Bolton, Leeds and Birmingham) so although you would be Bolton based you would be travelling roughly a day a week to different sites.
This IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Support & Data Analyst is within a company that sell products and spares to the tool hire, construction, plant and groundcare industries. You will be involved with everything from helping users with their passwords through to server maintenance and changing hardware! This will ensure you will not get bored and no two days will be the same.
To be suitable for this IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer / IT Support & Data Analyst role you would ideally have some previous 1ST line support and ideally 2nd line support experience and have worked with laptops, printers, servers, desktops, Office 365, performing data cleanses etc.
Hours of work are Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm (slight variations considered)
