About the Role

Finatal is seeking an experiencedInterim Data Engineerto join a dynamic, private equity-backedAdvertising Services Businessbased inNorth London. This role will be pivotal in consolidating multiple data sources into asingle source of truth, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inSnowflakeand experience integrating various data sources. Prior experience usingThoughtSpotas a BI tool would be advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a scalabledata architectureusingSnowflake.
• Integrate multipledisparate data sourcesinto a single, unified data platform.
• Work closely withstakeholdersacross the business to understand data requirements and ensure data solutions align with business objectives.
• OptimizeETL/ELT pipelinesand data transformation processes.
• Supportdata analytics and reportinginitiatives, ensuring high-quality data is available for business intelligence tools.
• LeverageThoughtSpotto enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure best practices indata governance, security, and compliance.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as aData Engineer, ideally in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment.
• Expertise inSnowflakefor data warehousing and analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience withETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to consolidate and transformmultiple data sourcesinto a single source of truth.
• Experience withThoughtSpot(preferred but not essential).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to workon-site 2-3 days per weekin North London
