Do you want to be part of the success story of thisFinancial Services firm based in London. HR HR Data Analystrequired by the Head of Reward to help provide support to thedelivery of groups reward strategy.This will be an initial 6-9month FTC with opportunity to go permanent.The keysresponsibilities include:RewardSupport the planning and delivery ofthe Group’s annual Total Compensation Review process.Administer theGroup’s participation in market salary surveys.Provide analyticalsupport to the HR function through delivery of benchmarking dataand job evaluation for ongoing HR processes, such as recruitmentand promotions.Assist in the administration of short- and long-termincentive plans, including share plans.Support with job evaluationand gradingSupport the Reward, Benefits & Wellbeing Lead in thepreparation of papers and analysis for the Group’s RemunerationCommittee.Data and ReportingMaintain and develop the Group’sregular MI reports and provide relevant and timely executivereporting and analysis as required.Respond to information requestsfrom internal and external stakeholders through clear andconciseanalysis of reward data.Assist in cyclical reporting activitiessuch as Gender Pay Gap reporting.Manage dashboards and keyreporting data held in the HR Information System, such as headcountresource management.Assist in configuration and development of theHR Information System – managing user experience, templates,workflows.Ensure the HR Information System holds clean and accuratedata through ongoing checks and reconciliation of entries by HRteam.Compensation and BenefitsResponsible for the reconciliation ofpayroll files to ensure accuracyLiaise with Finance to ensure thatthe salary control accounts are reconciled on a monthlybasis.Assist in the monthly delivery of the Group’s benefitadministration, including payments to pension providers and otherthird-party providers, and resolve any issues and queries.Maintainstrong working relationships with internal departments, externalpay and benefit providers and other third-party providers andensure Service Level Agreements are consistently met.Ensure allmonthly Financial Controls (FCF) are prepared, completed andapproved in line with the deadlines agreed with Finance.Ensure theWorking Procedures Manuals are maintained and kept up to date.HRProjectsTo carry out such projects or be part of a project teamwithin the HR Department or wider group as required by the Directorof People.Your Experience :Proven experience working as an HRReward/ Data Analyst, experience in configuring and developing HRinformation systems.Must have advanced data skills and be highlynumerate and skilled at analysis and manipulation, advanced excelknowledge required.Experience of compensation and incentive plans,including share plans, support with Job evaluation andgrading.Experience of job evaluation, benchmarking and salarysurveys ( Preferably Willis Towers WatsonExperience of usingBI/data visualisation tools ( eg Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)desirableThe role comes with benefits, and Hybrid ways of workingin London.
