Description

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be pivotal in optimising the housing data and ensuring the highest service delivery standards. The role requires an experienced data analyst to support the Asset, Capital Programme, and Compliance Teams and manage data, insight, and statutory return reporting. It also requires advanced Excel and SQL reporting experience.

Responsibility

To take responsibility for the delivery and management of housing stock asset data analysis and reporting to meet the aims and objectives of the organisation for business planning and service delivery.

Qualification – Essential

GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.

A Level 6 qualification in a construction/ property field (e.g., Architecture, asset management, or surveying), or

Candidates with Level 4 qualifications in an ICT/ Data management field who can demonstrate significant experience in an asset management role will also be considered.

Advanced – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), social media.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements - Criteria to be Evaluated at the Shortlisting Stage.

Successful candidates will have:

Experience of working with Revit and point cloud modelling applications; Cobie databases; 3D BIM models and 2D CAD applications

Experience working within and/or implementing management systems, such as 9001, 45001 or 55001, to enable and support data control and assurance across the Housing Operations.

Comprehensive knowledge of existing and emerging Statutory instruments relating to the construction, design and management of residential buildings, including but not limited to: The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015; The Building Act; The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order; The Building Safety Bill and relevant British Standards and Industry guidance.

An understanding of a “Golden Thread” outlined in the Building a Safer Future report.

Excellent ICT skills and experience working with asset management databases to produce and analyse complex statistical information.

Working knowledge of data management systems such as Keystone, Apex, and Chrome.

Experience presenting complex data to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner, both in oral and written form.

Experience working with Revit and point cloud modelling applications; Cobie databases; 3D BIM models and 2D CAD applications.

Ability to engage, coach and motivate teams and set clear targets and expectations.

Evidence of high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Experience in successfully managing performance and providing clear constructive feedback.

Experience in successfully implementing plans and projects on time and on budget.

Ability to effectively plan and manage budgets and resources.

Demonstrates a good understanding of elected members' political structure and role.

Ability to work collaboratively both within one's service and across other services.

The post holder will be required to attend evening and occasional weekend meetings and events.

A current UK Driving Licence would be beneficial
