Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for user experience (UX) and a deep understanding of B2B healthcare solutions. You'll play a critical role in developing our platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, scalable, and seamlessly integrates with our AWS and PyTorch-driven stack. Your contributions will directly impact healthcare providers by improving efficiency and accessibility across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Development: Build and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications with a focus on frontend and backend functionalities.
  2. UX Optimization: Design and implement user-centric features, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences tailored for B2B healthcare clients.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with our AI and product teams to integrate machine learning models and streamline system performance.
  4. System Management: Maintain and optimize our AWS infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.
  5. Innovation: Stay updated with emerging trends in healthcare technology and UX design, proactively suggesting improvements to our systems.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Demonstrable UK Healthcare or Commercial Pharmaceutical Experience
  2. Technical Proficiency:
  3. Frontend: React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
  4. Backend: Node.js, Python (preferably Flask/Django).
  5. Strong familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
  6. React, Typescript
  7. Next.js, Vite
  8. Chakra / Tailwind / Material UI's.

A developer should have:

  1. Experience of applications which make extensive use of API's
  2. Experience of Websockets / Pub/Sub Applications
  3. Minimum 3 years solid experience
  4. Hands-on experience with PyTorch and integrating ML models into production environments.
  5. UX Design: Demonstrable expertise in creating intuitive interfaces for B2B applications.
  6. Healthcare Experience: Understanding of compliance and security standards in healthcare technology.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  1. Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, or GDPR compliance.
  2. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  3. Proficiency in data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js).
  4. Familiarity with healthcare workflows and pain points in inventory and resource management.
