Over the past years, we haveachieved significant milestones and built a dynamic customer baseacross multiple regions. As we continue to expand our client baseand capitalize on this momentum, you will play a critical role inour success, working with senior leadership to define the futuresales strategy, develop the sales function, and win new customers.Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver the future salesstrategy alongside the senior leadership team. 2. Define andestablish the structure of the sales organization, implementingclear role definitions to maximize the teams output. 3. Developaccurate revenue forecasts and set clear, measurable sales targetsfor the team, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and growthobjectives. 4. Develop, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhancetheir commercial skills, encouraging a balance between quality andquantity in their approach. 5. Ensure that sales metrics andreporting structures are in place and that the CRM is effectivelyutilized by the team. 6. Continuously evaluate and improve salesprocesses to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment withcustomer acquisition goals. 7. Implement ongoing training programsto improve the teams understanding of CRM systems, productknowledge, and sales techniques, ensuring they remain competitiveand informed about the latest industry trends. 8. Leadconversations with larger prospective customers and close net newlogos. 9. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teamsto align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies, customerneeds, and product developments. 10. Regularly analyze markettrends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identifynew business opportunities and adjust the sales strategyaccordingly. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Proven experienceleading sales teams within a technology (PaaS or IaaS) vendor, witha focus on driving significant revenue growth and establishinghigh-performance sales processes. 2. Strong experience indeveloping and executing sales strategies that balance short-termwins with long-term growth, adapting to evolving market conditionsand business needs, and the ability to deliver this to the salesteam. 3. Proven track record of coaching and mentoring sales teamsto achieve their full potential, while overseeing the dailymanagement of team operations, including one-on-one meetings,performance appraisals, and professional development initiatives.4. A strong focus on CRM best practices, particularly in reportingsales metrics and pipeline management, leveraging data to driveinformed decision-making. 5.
