Reporting into the Head of Customer Value, this role is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced customer revenues team, to deliver a best in class customer retention strategy on our high profile UK News & Wealth brands.

What Youll Be Doing

Were looking for an experienced marketer to lead the News & Wealth Retention team. This role is responsible for driving yield and revenue, improving lifetime value across our subscriber base by delivering retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers. Youll be experienced in retention analytics and confident in using data to build out strategic recommendations. Above all, you will be customer centric and will always deliver a first class customer experience, whilst reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximise our retention budget to support LTV across the business.

Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve

  • A specialist in retention or CRM marketing, ideally from a subscriptions background
  • Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys
  • Youll be a strategic thinker with the ability to manage a team and identify opportunities in line with business goals and priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate results and recommendations, both verbally and in written formats
  • Experience with building and monitoring customer lifecycles, ideally within a recurring revenue model

The expected range for this role is £35,000 - £60,000. This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
