Job Description We're seeking an innovative and technically-minded Head of Paid Social to lead advertising strategy and execution across core social platforms. This role will report to our Managing Director and will be instrumental in developing advanced campaign strategies and our team's operational capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSet the strategic direction of the paid social team across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest etc.)Ensure high standards of execution are maintained across our client portfolio, inclusive of shaping internal training resourcesEvolve and maintain best practices for campaign management, testing, and optimisationDrive the integration of first-party data and custom technology solutions into paid social strategies alongside closer alignment with our paid search teamManage and mentor our growing team of five paid social specialistsContribute to new business opportunities, inclusive of pitchingCollaborate with our data scientists and engineers to build custom solutions to client challengesPioneer new approaches to paid social that leverage emerging technologies and platform capabilitiesDrive innovation in measurement and attribution methodologyDesired Skills, Qualities & ExperienceProven track record of managing enterprise-level paid social budgets (£1M+ monthly)Deep understanding of social media platforms' advertising capabilities and API infrastructureExperience with marketing automation and programmatic solutionsStrong technical aptitude and ability to work with custom marketing technologyDemonstrated experience with data analysis (statistical modelling a bonus)Knowledge of privacy-first marketing approaches and first-party data strategyExperience utilising MMPs for deep linking and attribution desirableOutstanding communication and presentation skills - we want you to be able to articulate your ideas to a wide audienceTeam management and mentoring experienceProficiency utilising analytics platforms and attribution models to help guide investment decisionsExperience working with multi-functional media teams preferredExperience of a variety of business verticals and differing paid social strategiesKnowledge of CDP/DMP platforms and data architectureExperience with API integrations and marketing technology applicationsUnderstanding of machine learning and its applications in marketingStrategic thinker with an analytical mindsetInnovation-driven approach to problem-solvingStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesAbility to balance technical expertise with commercial acumenFascinated by the intersection of marketing and technologyAdaptable and eager to trial new technologies and methodologies#J-18808-Ljbffr
