This role will report to our Managing Director and will be instrumental in developing advanced campaign strategies and our team's operational capabilities.Key Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction of the paid social team across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest etc.)Ensure high standards of execution are maintained across our client portfolio, inclusive of shaping internal training resourcesEvolve and maintain best practices for campaign management, testing, and optimisationDrive the integration of first-party data and custom technology solutions into paid social strategies alongside closer alignment with our paid search teamManage and mentor our growing team of five paid social specialistsContribute to new business opportunities, inclusive of pitchingCollaborate with our data scientists and engineers to build custom solutions to client challengesPioneer new approaches to paid social that leverage emerging technologies and platform capabilitiesDrive innovation in measurement and attribution methodologyWhy WeDiscover Our mission is to inspire and influence great companies to grow — defining the future of marketing.
