You will drive a medium sized seeker modelling and performance team through various algorithm development and certification activities.
 
About the Role:

Lead the seeker team to develop algorithms and the modelling framework required to produce software and predict performance.
Encourage innovation – for example improved agile methods, process improvements, auto-coding firmware and preparation for use of machine learning / AI.
Get involved in a variety of other activities within the programme including supporting field trials and helping to craft the company’s industrial capabilities. 
About You:

Experience in systems engineering with strengths in algorithm development, modelling and simulation, AI/ML etc.
Experience in leading both teams and complex projects.
Experience delivering coherent and complete performance models.
Strong programme management skills – including budgets, risks and opportunities.
Ability to manage various stakeholders and represent the team when required. 
Key Information:

Role: Head of Modelling and Performance
Salary: Circa £65,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits
Location: Stevenage OR Bristol (Relocation Package Available)
Hybrid Working: Typically, 3-4 Days Per Week On-Site, Due to Workload Classification 
Skills:
Algorithm development, modelling and simulation, systems engineering, stakeholder management.
