The Role
We are looking for a Head of FP&A to join our team in London. This is a role within our Finance function, which is responsible for managing financial resources, strategies, and operations to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our business. You will be responsible for financial support for the strategic plan, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, scenario analysis, project reporting and investment appraisal.
Responsibilities:
- Production and ongoing development of reporting packs to Leadership team and the wider business.
- Management of the budget process and ongoing tracking and management of the budget with key stakeholders.
- Ownership of FP&A System (Vena), including ongoing enhancements.
- Cash flow analysis and scenario planning on a rolling basis.
- Developing KPIs across the Finance function to deliver actionable insights and analysis to the Leadership team.
- Providing business partnering and decision support through ad hoc analysis and scenario planning with key stakeholders.
- Preparing and delivering Board reporting packs on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
Main Skills/Competencies:
- Prior experience working as a Head of FP&A or similar
- Accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Experience working in the SaaS industry
- Solid understanding of SaaS KPIs
- Proven experience working with Vena and/or NetSuite
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
