About the Role

As the Head of Data Science, you will take full ownership of AI and advanced analytics across the business. • Experience within Banking or Financial Services
• Expertise in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
• Strong people management skills, mentoring junior team members and guiding the AI vision.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work across teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• A passion for ethical AI and ensuring all practices meet high compliance standards.
