Treatwell, Europe’s leading online marketplace for beauty bookings, is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This high-impact role demands hands-on expertise in executing and optimising cutting-edge paid search and paid social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics, value modelling, and AI-driven strategies. This role provides the opportunity to drive significant growth through innovative marketing approaches while having ownership over a specific growth area and working agilely on high-impact projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

Advanced Campaign Management: Executing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok), using your technical expertise and analytical insights. Drive Growth: Identifying and seizing growth opportunities for both B2C and B2B markets. Leading high-impact projects like B2B acquisition automation using AI, and working agilely on the actions that have the highest potential for growth. Data Analytics and Insights: Utilising tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and GA4 for comprehensive performance tracking and data modelling. Technical Expertise: Leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance strategies. Creative Collaboration: Working with creative teams to optimising campaign creatives using technical tools for content experimentation and automation. Operational and Analytical Excellence: Managing campaign operations from start to finish, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Innovative Strategy Implementation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, incorporating best practices and competitive insights into Treatwell's approach. Mentorship of Colleagues: Mentoring a Growth Marketing Executive, providing direction, development and knowledge-sharing. You may have management responsibilities in the future.

About you:

At least 5 years’ proven experience in performance marketing with strong technical, analytical, and data tracking skills. Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and (preferably) experience with paid social media platforms. Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Looker. Exceptional project management skills, managing multiple campaigns across international markets. Excellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with creative teams and martech specialists. A growth mindset with a passion for execution, results, and continuous learning.
