Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.


Who are we looking for?


The Group Performance Marketing Manager is a senior marketing role and is responsible for driving data-driven marketing strategies to maximise ROI and achieve specific business performance goals. This role focuses on optimising digital marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned media channels to support customer acquisition, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand awareness.

With two Paid Media Managers reporting directly and oversight of three Regional Digital Marketers reporting indirectly into this role, the jobholder will oversee and guide the execution of paid search, paid social, and regional digital campaigns across Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. Additionally, they will be accountable for aligning all performance marketing initiatives with Gamma's group strategic objectives, ensuring that every campaign contributes to sustainable business growth.


Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness across multiple routes to market, including the direct and wholesale UK business, and supporting group led initiatives in the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including paid search (PPC), programmatic display and paid social, ensuring that all activities are optimised for maximum ROMI.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the acquisitions team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manage and optimise organic acquisition efforts across owned and earned media channels, ensuring that content, SEO, link building and social media strategies contribute effectively to overall marketing performance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to refine campaign targeting, optimise conversion rates, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Marketing Data Analyst, Marketing Technology Manager, and regional marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Allocate marketing budgets wisely, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to maximise marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to keep Gamma at the forefront of digital marketing innovation..

Experience and skills:


  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness through paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimising large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of in-house, effective SEO strategy, including link building programmes, on page optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Strong background in data-driven marketing, with expertise in using analytics to inform and optimise marketing strategies, helping us in our ambition to become a data-led team and marketing led group function.
  • Previous experience managing and mentoring a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • An appreciation of modern Account based Marketing (ABM) techniques.
  • Has a ‘Full-funnel’ mindset fir strategy, execution and reporting.


Familiarity with the B2B communications technology sector is highly desirable
